Not sure what a balloon party is, but if you want to find out, check out the Kristoff Krane show June 13th at the Entry. There will be an early All Ages show and a later 21 plus show. The press releases included this nugget which I will allow you to interpret yourself:
"Balloons will be provided for all guests, who will be urged to write their
most important message to the world on their balloons."
